Executive Assistant to the CEO (remote)
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Executive Assistant will work directly with the Founder and CEO of UniversePAY and Bank Boutique.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to implement strategic plans and achieve company targets.
- Manage UniversePAY legal entities and maintain relationships with registration agents, accountants, lawyers and government agencies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document drafting and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate the document flow using DocuSign and maintain organized records of files for easy access.
- Verify KYC/KYB documents and check merchants/partners’ websites according to the procedures.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments and business trips.
- Assist the CEO in implementing HR management system and drafting procedures and policies.
- Monitor remote desktop operation and troubleshoot with system administrator.
- Track team’s schedule, sick leaves, holidays, birthdays and calculate remuneration.
- Respond promptly to the additional business or personal queries of the CEO.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant of CEO / Office Manager / Administrative Assistant or in a relevant position.
- Previous experience in a Bank or a licensed Payment Service
- Provider will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (both oral and written) at the Advanced (C1) level.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a relevant field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Partnership/Product Manager (remote)
Partnership/Product Manager

Main responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners (Banks, Payment Service Providers, Introducers) aligned with company objectives, negotiate on the financial and contractual terms, ensure favorable conditions for both parties and sign agreements.
- Coordinate the technical integration process of the new solution and verify its functionality through testing.
- Lead the implementation and execution of partnership programs, oversee the onboarding process and ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on results, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Keep track of banks’ approval ratio and other KPIs and work on their improvement.
- Conduct benchmarking of the market and competitors to analyze, evaluate and compare products and services available in the industry, identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from identification of a needed solution to integration of this solutions into the product portfolio and its ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Service, IT, Finance and Legal departments to execute partnership initiatives effectively.
Requirements:

Finance Manager (remote)
Finance Manager
Job overview:
The primary objective of this position is to effectively manage financial control related to the company’s income, expenses, and material assets, ensure the provision of accurate and easily accessible data for company management and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Generate, issue and verify invoices, process payments both in fiat and crypto, prepare payment orders for bank transactions and provide payment information to service providers and contractors.
- Manage client accounts, ensure timely invoice payments, and conduct reconciliations with counterparties.
- Calculate weekly settlements for clients, conduct daily analysis and control of clients transactions’ approval ratio.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on the company’s profit and other financial statements upon request of the management.
- Control the correct and timely submission of primary documents, maintain legal accounting records, handle tax records, prepare and submit tax reports in cooperation with the Accountant, and compile reports for official bodies.
- Develop a cash flow structure for new products launched by the company.
- Calculate and disburse commissions to agents or introducers.
- Select reliable banks, open bank accounts, manage accounts, and ensure the safety of funds, including the verification of payment order execution.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, facilitating communication with debtors, and ensuring timely payment of bills to both creditors and debtors.
- Collaborate with the legal department in addressing late payments by debtors and pursuing payment.
Requirements:
- A mandatory qualification: 1+ years’ of demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager or in a relevant position within an Acquirer or a licensed Payment Service Provider.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (both oral and written) at the Advanced (C1) level.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.

AML Compliance Officer (remote)
AML Compliance Officer
If you are an AML&CTF and compliance professional with proven experience in the payment processing industry eager to contribute to the growth of UniversePAY and demonstrate your expertise, this position is an ideal opportunity for you!
Main responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive onboarding processes for new Merchants, Partners and Agents, including prescreening, verification of KYC&KYB documents legitimacy, enhanced due diligence checks and scoring risk matrix development.
- Ensure regular post-monitoring of the onboarded Merchants, Partners and Agents: business profiles and KYC&KYB document updates analysis, due diligence enforcement, website content changes scanning, spikes in activities or suspicious activity inspection.
- Perform ongoing PEP, Sanction and Adverse Media screening.
- Conduct constant transactions monitoring, SARs filling and risk assessments to promptly detect and prevent FinCrime, FCC, ABC, AML&CTF threats.
- Establish a corporate AML compliance program that is in line with the latest regulatory provisions, draft AML&CFT guidelines and procedures, customer acceptance policies and measures to mitigate AML&CTF risks.
- Act as the main point of contact with Regulators, auditors, and law enforcement agencies regarding AML&CTF matters and control the timely submission of reports to them.
- Continuously provide training on AML&CFT laws and regulations for personnel, develop e-learning materials, tests, and communicate essential legislative provisions and updates to ensure that all team members are fully knowledgeable of associated risks and are well-informed about their AML&CFT responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A mandatory qualification: 3+ years of demonstrated experience as an AML Compliance Officer, or in a relevant position within an Acquirer or a licensed Payment Service Provider.
- Previous experience as an AML Compliance Officer in a Crypto Exchange company or related field will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (both oral and written) at the Advanced (C1) level.
- Master’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Expert Knowledge of EU, UK and Canadian AML&CTF legislation and strong understanding of financial institutions regulatory framework.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications, such as ACAMS (Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists), ICA (International Compliance Association) and/or other AML-related certificates.
- Good command of AML software for checking Merchants, Partners and Agents during onboarding and post-monitoring stages, e.g., Sumsub, World-Check, ComplyAdvantage, etc.
- Ability to search for solutions in non-standard situations and adaptability in devising alternatives for challenging cases.

Account Manager in the field of e-commerce (remote)
Account Manager in the field of e-commerce
If you are a professional in onboarding new Online Merchants and building strong partnership relations with proven experience in the payment processing industry eager to contribute to the growth of UniversePAY and demonstrate your expertise, this position is an ideal opportunity for you!
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new Online Merchants from signing agreements, conducting technical integration, doing tests, collecting KYC documents to going live and starting payments processing.
- Act as the primary point of contact and provide ongoing support to onboarded Merchants, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Communicate with Banks to obtain approval for Merchants, address complex Merchant issues, and negotiate contractual terms with the Bank specific to a particular Merchant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address Merchants’ needs and resolve issues quickly.
- Keep track of Merchants’ approval ratio and other key metrics and work on their improvement.
- Monitor Merchants’ performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on results, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Set up smart routing and cascading rules, implement and adhere to chargeback prevention and detection policies and procedures both for existing and new Online Merchants within the UniversePAY back office.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or features to maximize Merchants value.
Requirements:
- A mandatory qualification:: 1+ years of demonstrated experience as an Account Manager in the field of e-commerce within an Acquirer or a licensed Payment Service Provider.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian both oral and written at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.

- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and handle challenging situations with confidence (via phone, email, and face-to-face).
