Brokerage license in Lithuania

A brokerage license in Lithuania allows companies to be direct members of the stock exchanges, depositories and clearinghouses registered in any other EU jurisdiction without any restrictions. After obtaining a brokerage license in Lithuania a company can provide services also in other EU countries after the passportization procedure.

Requirements

  1. At least one director with a residency in Lithuania;
  2. Office of the company in Lithuania;
  3. Authorized capital depends on the type of activities – from 50 000 euros.
