By obtaining a brokerage license in Hungary a company will be able to carry out currency transactions on stock exchanges. Besides that a brokerage license in Hungary allows the expansion of the Brokerage company to the whole Europe.
Requirements
- Legal address in Hungary
- One resident of Hungary on the Board of directors
- At least 2 local directors (Hungarian citizenship) in the company structure.
- Authorized capital in the amount of 125,000 €.
